Let me help you take the guess work out of your workouts.  All of your goals and needs will begin with a complimentary consultation which includes:  body fat analysis, circumference measurements, fitness background, health issues and a nutrition overview.  I will then assess your body mechanics and take you through a light workout to determine your level of fitness.  From there I will design a workout plan based on your goals and needs.  I will also include nutritional guidance and help you learn to make better choices.  Remember, I am here to serve you and guide you through the process of getting healthy.

Weight Loss

Weight loss can be frustrating especially if you are not seeing results. As a personal trainer I will not make false promises or set you up for failure. My approach to losing weight involves teaching a client how and when to eat and knowing how to make better choices when grocery shopping. You will learn how to read labels, count calories and log your food. It really comes down to accountability and discipline. And I will hold you accountable and teach you discipline. Your workouts will be tailored to your body and designed to gradually progress you. The goal is to get you conditioned to train in a fat burning zone so you can shed off those unwanted pounds.

Strength & Conditioning

Finding the right strengthening and conditioning personal trainer can be difficult. I have had many clients come to me and explain how their last trainer injured them by over doing the weight or working them so hard that they became ill. This is not my style of training. I prefer a safer yet challenging approach to training. Demonstrating good form and proper technique is super important. This is why I always assess a client’s strength and weaknesses so I can design a proper workout program. I am not about killing a client with heavy weight. I believe I can make you stronger and more conditioned in a safe, effective manner.
