When training with me you can expect a safe and effective workout based on your goals and needs. I have spent many years in the fitness industry and will always be a student of the profession.
I would like to think of myself as a fitness enthusiast who understands the importance of having “balance” in my life. I work hard on maintaining a strong, healthy body but make time to enjoy life.
Aside from training, I love most sports, the ocean, animals and traveling.
